Kettlebell classes

I run a popular kettlebell class at Beckwith Health Club every Tuesday from 6:30pm. Put yourself through your paces in this fun, yet challenging full body work out.

What is kettlebells?

It is a form of exercise done using different kettlebell weights. There are hundreds of variations of exercises that can be done with a kettlebell, which is what makes the class so fun, varied and enjoyable.

Because there are multiple weights, kettlebells is great for everyone, no matter your ability. You can start steady and build yourself up, seeing improvements from week to week.

 

What is it good for?

It is essentially a full body workout. Abs, arms, back, legs - you can literally add a kettlebell into almost any static excercise to make it that bit more challenging. Strength and conditioning is made fun by challenging circuits and paired excercises.

When is the class?

Tuesday's at 6:30pm

 

How much are classes?

Classes last 45 minutes and are only £6. Please note: classes are not included in the cost of personal training. Beckwith members can attend for free.
