Personal Training Sessions

My experience equips me with the understanding that everyone is individual and every client's goals, needs and requirements will differ. Starting at the very first session, we establish your targets, creating a realistic approach so you achieve and see results. Weekly tracking will enable us to see improvements and ensures that you're progressing at your desired pace.

       Session Length: 1 hour
 

Always keeping your goal in mind, each session is tailored to keep you motivated and on track. With access to a variety of equipment, sessions are always fun and different - meaning that training feels enjoyable rather than a chore.

 

What does a typical session entail?

  • Warm Up

  • Intensive Training

  • Cooling Down & Stretching Period

 

I would recommend 3 sessions a week, to ensure maximum results, although you can book as many sessions per week as you feel you need.

 

Single Session: £45.00

Block of 10 Sessions: £400.00 - save £50!

One to One Personal Training

        Session Length: 1 hour

 

SCPT offers a service for clients to train in a group of 2-4 people. This service is a popular choice, as it is very enjoyable to train with family or friends on your way to achieving your goals.

 

What does a typical session entail?

  • Warm Up

  • Intensive Training

  • Cooling Down & Stretching Period

 

You can customise a class by request and Steve will take you through a fun and effective workout in a state of the art studio. It is a great place to start if you feel you would like to build up confidence through training with others.

Single Session: £25.00 per person (Minimum of 2 people)

Block price available upon request.
